By accessing the Leezio application ("the App"), published by Zadya ("the Publisher"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
Leezio is an American English learning app for French and Spanish speakers. Features include: vocabulary and pronunciation exercises, AI-powered pronunciation assessment, AI-assisted conversations, interactive reading and comprehension, educational games and flashcards, and learning progress tracking.
Access to certain features requires creating an account. You agree to: provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, notify us of any unauthorized use, and take responsibility for all activity on your account.
The App offers paid subscriptions managed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payment is charged through your store account. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to Apple and Google policies.
You agree to use the App lawfully. It is prohibited to: use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass technical limitations or quotas, reverse engineer or decompile the App, automate access (bots, scripts, scraping), impersonate others or create fake accounts, or share or resell access to your account.
All content in the App — including texts, translations, phonetic transcriptions, exercises, audio recordings, algorithms, interfaces, and source code — are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
The App uses AI technologies. You acknowledge that: AI may produce inaccurate results, pronunciation scores are indicative not official certifications, AI conversations may contain factually incorrect information, and the App does not cover the entirety of English vocabulary.
The App is provided "as is". The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the user in the last twelve months.
After 12 consecutive months of inactivity, the Publisher may send a reactivation notice and delete data and close the account after 30 days.
The Publisher shall not be liable in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, network failures, cyberattacks, government decisions, or any unforeseeable and irresistible event.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Publisher's place of establishment. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
