We collect: identification data (email, username), learning data (progress, scores, history), voice data (audio recordings for assessment), usage data, technical data (device ID, OS, version), and payment data (managed by Apple/Google only).
Voice recordings are processed with a zero-retention policy: transmitted encrypted, processed in real-time and deleted immediately, never stored on our servers, never used for AI training.
Your data is processed for: providing and personalizing the service, pronunciation assessment and progress tracking, account and subscription management, app improvement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Processing is based on: contract performance, consent (notifications, voice recordings), legitimate interest (service improvement), and legal obligation.
We never sell your data. It may be shared with: cloud hosting providers, speech recognition services, AI services, payment platforms (Apple/Google), and anonymized analytics services.
Appropriate safeguards are in place for any transfer outside the EEA (standard contractual clauses, certification, or adequacy decision).
Account data: duration of registration. Audio data: deleted immediately. Billing data: legal retention period. Inactive accounts: deleted after 12 months. Technical logs: 90 days maximum.
We implement: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, strict access control, encrypted local storage, and regular security assessments.

You can request data deletion from the App (Settings > Edit Profile > Delete Account) or by email: contact@leezio.zadya.co. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
The mobile App does not use cookies. Data is stored locally via SQLite.
We reserve the right to modify this policy. Substantial changes will be notified via the App or by email.
